When you want to make an order, please, follow these simply steps.

Book your holiday Voucher

1. Choose your stay and add to the basket

2. Add to the basket additional services

3. Choose amount of the product = how many people will travel

4. Fill in your contact details

5. Select a payment methods - choose WIRE TRANSFER. We will send you an invoice via mail to pay out via paypal.

6. Select a shipping methods - choose Personal pick-up. Your voucher will be delivered by Fedex or DHL. FREE OF CHARGE OF COURSE!

7. Add any additional comments.

8. When we receive your order and clear payment our travel consultant will issue a voucher for you and send to your contact mail. 

9. Choose the dates, when you want to spend your voucher - write to your travel consultant. He/She will check aviability of the facilities and contact you back with additional infos.

10. Confirm dates and our travel consultant will send you confirmation of your stay to your address.

Please NOTE that the holiday package price does not include air ticket or any transfers. It is only stay price!.

Do not forget to choose additional service to your Holiday (ticket, transfers, shoppings...). If it happens, we will remind you via email. 

When you plance an order for Privat Medical Care:

1. Choose your Privat Medical Care package

2. Follow the order to finish

3. After we receive our order we will contact you via mail with additional questions and organize appropriate appointment with our specialist. Please note, that we will need scan of your medical report to provide our specialist and asses your health condition and suitability for choosen medical care. 

4. Please note that ordering your Privat Medical Care the service fee is payable. After receiveing your payment we will contant one of our specialist to provide additional services.

5. Once your medical appointment is set, the deposit amount is payable on the name of our specialist as a secure of your solvency. The payment methods: Paypal, MoneyGram or Western Union.

6. In case that our specialist refuse your treatment cause of contraindication, the deposit amount will be refund you (in cash by our travel consultant - free of charge or bank wire transfer - 10EUR charge or send via MoneyGram to your name - fee will be applied).

When you pay our invoice and we receive your payment, we will send you confirmation mail. Your voucher with travel documents will be send in next business day to your post address.
